The main house, located on the first floor, is also requested, but we are not renting it. It is renovated, with a new bathroom, new electrical installation in half of it, a water heater, two fireplaces, and two kitchens (one old and one new). The shutters have been replaced.

It’s located on the corner of Stadiou Street and D. Spyridakou Street, between the two main squares of the village.

Next to it, there is a plot of land with a well, where a three-story building could be constructed. Currently, it is used as a garden.

As for the construction, engineers from Sparta were speechless when they saw it, especially because of its structural arches (bands).

It has two fireplaces, two huge five-leaf doors, five double doors, and five single doors. The roof is in excellent condition and can last another 100 years.

Along with it, there is also a 6.5-acre property just outside the village.

This house should be sold to someone who can appreciate its true value and use it as a business, since there is no hotel in the village.

I would prefer a foreign buyer, because its value is high.
